We work with third-party service providers to help us operate our business and deliver our services, including:

Google Maps Platform and Address Suggestions
Our online Free Estimate form may use Google Maps Platform to suggest addresses as you type your pickup and destination locations. While address suggestions are active, the text you type may be sent to Google to generate those suggestions. Google's Privacy Policy and Google Maps Platform Terms of Service apply to this use.
You may ignore any suggestion and enter your address manually at any time. The address you select or type is used only to prepare and process your own moving estimate request.
Payments
When you pay a deposit or invoice, your payment card information is entered and processed directly through Helcim, our payment processor, using their secure hosted payment page. Lloyd Lightning Movers does not directly store your complete card number.
We may retain related records such as payment status, deposit amount, transaction references, invoices, and booking records.

We take reasonable measures to protect your personal information from unauthorized access, loss, misuse, alteration, or disclosure. No method of transmission or storage is completely secure, so we cannot guarantee absolute security.
