Terms and Conditions

By using our website, client portal, booking links, or moving services, you agree to these Terms and Conditions.

Estimates are based on the information you supply and are not necessarily the final charge. Final charges may differ when:

• Additional items are moved
• Access conditions differ from those described
• The requested services change
• Additional labour, travel, waiting time, equipment, materials, or other reasonably necessary services are required

The pickup and destination address fields on our Free Estimate form may use Google Maps Platform to suggest addresses as you type. You may ignore these suggestions and enter your address manually at any time. See our Privacy Policy for details on this feature, and Google's Google Maps Platform Terms of Service.

A booking is not confirmed until:

• We confirm availability
• Any required deposit has been received
• A booking confirmation has been issued

You must provide accurate and complete information regarding:

• Pickup location
• Delivery location
• Inventory and item details
• Heavy, oversized, fragile, valuable, or special-handling items
• Stairs, elevators, parking, loading zones, and access restrictions
• Building booking or move-in/move-out requirements
• Dates, times, and contact information

Inaccurate or incomplete information may affect the estimate, schedule, staffing, equipment requirements, and final price.

You are responsible for obtaining any necessary building permissions, elevator reservations, parking arrangements, loading access, and similar approvals, unless your written estimate or booking confirmation says otherwise.

Payments must follow the terms stated in your estimate, invoice, payment link, or booking confirmation. A booking is not confirmed until the stated confirmation requirements are completed. Payment processing may be provided through Helcim.

Please provide as much notice as possible when requesting changes, rescheduling, or cancellation. Any applicable conditions will be those communicated in your estimate, invoice, payment terms, or booking confirmation.

You are responsible for properly packing any items you prepare yourself. Where applicable, we are not responsible for damage resulting from items that were improperly packed and not packed by our moving team.

We are not responsible for delays caused by weather, traffic, road conditions, building or elevator delays, emergencies, government restrictions, or other events reasonably outside our control. We do not guarantee an exact arrival or completion time unless separately confirmed in writing.

To the extent permitted by law, we are not liable for delays outside our reasonable control, inaccurate information provided by the customer, or damage resulting from improperly packed customer-prepared items as described above.

Nothing in these Terms limits rights or remedies that cannot lawfully be excluded under applicable Canadian law.

When using our website or client portal, you must not:

• Attempt unauthorized access
• Interfere with website or portal operation
• Submit false or misleading information
• Impersonate another person
• Attempt to access another customer's information
• Use the website or portal for unlawful purposes
• Upload or transmit malicious code

By using our services, you consent to receiving service-related communications from us by email, phone, SMS where used, and secure client-portal messages. This covers operational communications such as estimates, booking updates, payment information, scheduling, and customer-service messages.

We may update these Terms by posting a revised version and updated date on this page. Changes do not affect the terms that applied to a booking already confirmed before the change was posted.

These Terms are governed by the laws of British Columbia and applicable Canadian law, without limiting any mandatory consumer rights you may have.

If any provision of these Terms is found unenforceable, the remaining provisions continue to apply to the extent permitted by law.
